We use the collected personal data to process inquiries, prepare quotations, enter into contracts, maintain customer relationships, and to provide and develop our services. Marketing communications are sent only with consent, and can be withdrawn at any time.

We collect and process customer data with the customer's consent.

5. Contents of the Customer Register:

Company or individual name and possible registration number, phone number, street address, email address, and information submitted through forms, such as additional details about the subject matter.

6. Data Retention Period:

We retain customer data for as long as it is relevant for the service we provide. Customer data may also be retained for purposes related to improving customer service.

7. Regular Data Sources:

Data is collected for the customer register only from the individual themselves and, in certain cases, from registers maintained by authorities within the limits permitted by law.

8. Regular Data Disclosures and Transfers Outside the EU/EEA:

Personal data of individuals is not regularly disclosed outside the company. Some external software or service providers used by the company may store data outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

9. Protection of the Customer Register:

All data is transferred through an SSL-encrypted connection, and electronic data is protected by a firewall and strong passwords. Access to data is granted only to those employees of the data controller who need the data for their work duties.

11. Rights of the Data Subject:

The data subject has the right to check what data has been stored about them in the register. A request for access can be submitted in writing to the data controller by email at tallinn@captainroosters.ee or by post to Narva Mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn. The right of access is free of charge once per calendar year. The data subject has the right to request the correction or deletion of outdated or incorrect data. The data subject also has the right to restrict or object to the processing of their data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and to prohibit direct marketing. The data subject also has the right to withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
